About us.
Leasam Water Solutions was founded in 1983 and remains a family business to this day. What began as a small side-of-the-desk venture providing water treatment products and services for HVAC systems in a select few buildings has now expanded to include an entire product line and service programs for a multitude of end users and applications.
Our focus is on treating (cleaning and maintaining) water systems in a variety of applications using a suite of proprietary green technology products without the use of corrosive chemicals. Applications include HVAC water systems in commercial, industrial, and multi-unit residential buildings, as well as food, beverage, brewing, distilling, winemaking, greenhouse and agriculture systems, fire suppression systems, and marine systems. Our specially-formulated line of water treatment products are capable of simultaneously addressing fouling, scaling, corrosion and bio-growth issues in all pipes and wetted surfaces, and is not only cost-effective, but exceeds the standards of new and emerging environmental and waste-water management and disposal regulations in Canadian municipalities and Provinces.
In 2020, we made the decision to begin manufacturing our own product line in-house, sourcing our own ingredients from carefully selected suppliers, and in 2022 began expanding our commercial space footprint to build out our very own laboratory and testing facility in order to provide water sample analyses and testing capabilities to our clients. With these additional service offerings, we aim to be the one-stop-shop for all possible water system treatment needs for our clients.
Headquartered in Victoria, BC, we can provide product across Canada, and offer complete water system management services in both Victoria and the Lower Mainland, as well as contracted services in Central and North Vancouver Island, the Okanagan, Northern BC, and even Alberta. Our growing list of clients include hotels, wineries, property management companies, shopping malls, grocery stores, office buildings, apartment and condominium buildings, and more.
We would love to hear from you and assist you in implementing an environmentally-friendly and effective water treatment program. Please feel free to contact us directly to find out more!
